Today we are proud to be celebrating International Women’s Day and using it as an opportunity to acknowledge the incredible female talent we have in our business and our ambitions to further promote gender equity.
We want to support the efforts of our industry to tackle the barriers and attract women to join and progress in our business.
We have recorded a short video below providing an honest appraisal of where we are as a business in improving our gender balance. The video features Vivienne Clements (HBD), Lindsay Salvin (Hallam Land Management), Joanna Batten (Henry Boot Construction) and Karl Wilcockson (PLC), highlighting what we have done to further our equality objectives, and how we intend to tackle the challenges many women still experience.
