Today, we are excited to share our Responsible Business Report for 2024.

Three years into our Responsible Business Strategy, the report captures our annual progress toward our vision to grow sustainably, creating transformational places and spaces for generations to come.

The year posed significant challenges due to ongoing economic pressures and the residual effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, which exacerbated issues such as the cost-of-living crisis, poor mental health and community cohesion. However, the new Government's focus on enhancing construction and home building provides optimism for greater access to high-quality, sustainable housing.
