Our property developer HBD, has started on site at East, an 18-acre industrial and logistics development site in Preston. East is a joint venture between HBD and Barnfield Construction, located close to Junction 31A of the M6. The first phase has a total of just over 69,000 sq. ft. with 5 individual units.
