HBD has submitted an outline planning application for the next phase of Luton’s Butterfield Business Park, with a further 454,000 sq. ft. of employment space in the pipeline.


Since work began on the 83-acre development, HBD has delivered more than 325,000 sq. ft. of commercial space at the now-thriving site.


Existing occupiers include Eden Farm and Shoal Group, which runs its UK operations from its purpose-built headquarters at Butterfield, plus a range of SMEs within the scheme’s Quad development, which was built speculatively and created to provide space for local businesses to expand.


Along with commercial space, businesses benefit from amenities including the Basepoint Innovation Centre, The Village office campus and a 155-bed Hilton Garden Hotel.
