We empower our people to make a difference through employee voice initiatives like networks, working groups and the ask the Execs scheme (Ask ExCo). Commitment is recognised with long service awards, and development is supported through personal development plans, study support, and covered professional memberships. A quarterly recognition scheme rewards those who live our values, and our people also enjoy subsidised Social Club events and two days’ paid leave each year for volunteering.

We support flexible, sustainable lifestyles through agile working and benefits like CarFlex and CycleFlex to promote eco-friendly travel – some roles also benefit from a car allowance. Health and wellbeing

Our people have free access to a digital GP app for themselves and their families. Paid eye tests and flu vaccinations are available, and support is always on hand through our Employee Assistance Programme and a network of trained mental health first aiders. We have regular fitness classes and events across our network that can be joined in-person or remotely.

Parental support

Our family-friendly benefits include a competitive parental leave package with scaled maternity leave, four weeks of full pay for paternity leave, and adoption or surrogacy leave. Shared parental leave and up to 18 weeks of unpaid parental leave are also available. In addition, support is extended during difficult times with 10 days’ leave for miscarriage or baby loss for both partners.
