The Group has successfully delivered another scheme in the public sector, under the Department for Education’s Priority School Building Programme (PSBP).
The Axis Academy in Crewe, Cheshire East is one of several projects Henry Boot Construction have delivered under the £4.4bn framework and will provide 48 pupils with the space and facilities to learn in a safe and welcoming environment. The PSPB is one of a number of public sectors frameworks that they have secured a key position on.
The building has been designed with children’s educational and wellbeing requirements in mind to meet both the DFE’s Output Specification and SEND specification requirements. The academy has 7 classrooms as well as practical workshops for D&T and food tech, as well as a multi-use games area.
