The Annual General Meeting will be held at Banner Cross Hall, Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield S11 9PD on Thursday 20 May 2021 at 12.30pm.

In view of the UK Government placing restrictions on gatherings due to the CV-19 pandemic, ordinary shareholders are kindly requested not to attend the AGM in person, as the number of permitted attendees is likely to be restricted. The CEO’s business presentation, usually delivered at the AGM, can be found below. A Trading Update will also be released on the morning of the AGM. In the meantime, the Board encourages shareholders to submit their proxy form as early as possible by post or electronically by clicking here and following the instructions on the proxy form.

Shareholder Questions

Shareholders ordinarily have the right to ask questions at the meeting relating to the business being dealt with at the meeting. In light of the UK Government placing restrictions on gatherings due to the CV-19 pandemic, we encourage any such questions to be submitted in writing to the Company by the following means no later than 12.30pm on Tuesday 18 May: 

  1. in hard copy, by sending it to the Company Secretary, Henry Boot PLC, Banner Cross Hall, Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PD; or

Any such written request should clearly state the full name(s) and address(es) of the shareholder(s) raising such questions and, where the request is made in hard copy form, it must be signed by the relevant ordinary shareholder(s).
